Gamehelper (http://www.gamehelper.com) today officially launches the public beta of their new Helpdesk Support Portal. This portal represents the starting point of a unique online community in which gamers can find the help they need to get the most out of their gaming experience. Additionally, Gamehelper works with developers to provide tips, tricks and hints as well as officially sanctioned walkthroughs such as the one just released for CDV's new first person shooter, "Breed."
Soon gamers will earn GH Points, a sort of air-miles for gamers. Points can be accumulated through interaction with the community and helping others solve problems. They are then redeemable for prizes, contest entries, discounts on games as well as coveted beta test accounts for the industries hottest titles.
Joe Markert, Gamehelper's Chief Gaming Officer explains the motivation behind Gamehelper, "We created Gamehelper because we envisioned a community of gamers helping gamers. We wanted to create a single online resource where, regardless of publisher or developer or title, users could find the support they needed to get in the game."
Gamehelper invites all gamers to become a part of their community of gamers helping gamers by dropping in at http://www.gamehelper.com and signing up for a FREE Gamehelper All Access Pass, which provides access to Gamehelper's Helpdesk Support Portal, GH Points, Forums, Members Only News, articles, reviews and soon the ability to create your own fan site.
